• Provide & improve the Platform (navigation, reminders, AI insights, matching)
• Operate & support accounts, authentication, payments, troubleshooting

• Care coordination with providers only when you direct us to

5) Cookies & Tracking (Cookie Policy)

We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the Platform, remember preferences, secure sessions, and measure usage. Where required by law (e.g., EU/UK), we obtain consent via a banner or preferences center.

5.1 Types of Cookies

• Strictly Necessary – essential for core functions (authentication, security). Cannot be disabled.
• Functional – remember choices (language, region, accessibility).
• Analytics/Performance – understand feature usage and improve quality.
• Advertising/Targeting – only if enabled; PtP does not sell personal information.

• Use our Cookie Preferences to opt-in/out where available.
• California residents: exercise rights via Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information and recognize GPC signals where applicable.

5.3 Third Parties

Analytics or service providers may set cookies solely to provide contracted services to PtP. They are prohibited from using data for their own marketing without your consent.

6) Your Privacy Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict processing, obtain a portable copy, opt out of targeted advertising or sale/sharing (PtP does neither), and appeal decisions. To exercise rights, email privacy@partnerstoparenthood.com. We will verify your request and respond per applicable law. Authorized agents may submit requests with valid authorization.

• Role-based access controls; least privilege; zero trust

• Regular third-party penetration testing
• SOC 2–aligned controls; PCI-DSS via payment processors

8) Retention

We retain personal information while your account is active and as required for legal, regulatory, audit, or security obligations. De-identified data may be retained for analytics and improvement.

9) Children’s Privacy

The Platform is not intended for individuals under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a minor provided data, contact us to request deletion.

10) International Data Transfers

If you access the Platform from outside the United States, your information may be transferred to and processed in the U.S. Where required, we use approved transfer mechanisms.

11) Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If changes are material, we will update the “Last Updated” date and, where legally required, provide additional notice.
